Annual inspection pricing covers inspection only. Repairs, discrepancy correction, AD compliance, service bulletin compliance, parts, consumables, and owner-requested maintenance are billed separately unless otherwise quoted.
Returning customers in good standing receive a 10% loyalty discount on annual inspection pricing.

Shop Policies
- No discrepancy correction exceeding $500 in labor or parts will be performed without owner approval.
- Base annual pricing includes opening and closing inspection panels required to perform the inspection. Troubleshooting, repairs, and corrective actions are billed separately.
- Aircraft exhibiting excessive corrosion, poor prior maintenance, missing records, incomplete documentation, or unairworthy conditions may require additional inspection time.
- Storage charges may apply to aircraft left on the premises more than 30 days after completion of work.
- Rotax service bulletins, gearbox inspections, carburetor maintenance, and manufacturer-required maintenance items are not included in base annual pricing.
- Owner-assisted annuals available by prior arrangement only. Owner participation must be approved by the inspecting mechanic.
- Turbocharged aircraft add 10% to the base annual inspection rate unless turbocharger inspection time is already included in the listed aircraft category.
